Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 27, 2026

Social Seed (“we”, “us”) operates socialseedagency.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where it applies, the laws of the province or country you live in.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, company name and anything you type into a contact, booking or job application form.
  • Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, referring site, and the identifiers set by the cookies and pixels described below.
  • Information from booking and messaging tools. If you book a call or message us, the scheduling and CRM tools we use record the time, your contact details and your message.

How we use it

  • To reply to you, book calls, and deliver services you ask for.
  • To send you information about our services, which you can opt out of at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us.
  • To measure how the site is used and improve it.
  • To run and measure advertising, including showing you our ads on other platforms after you visit this site.
  • To review job applications.

Cookies, pixels and analytics

This site uses the following third-party tools. Each sets cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and receives usage data from us.

  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta Platforms, Inc.) for advertising measurement and audiences. Opt out at facebook.com/adpreferences.
  • Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) for analytics and advertising measurement. Opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or at adssettings.google.com.
  • Go High Level (HighLevel Inc.) for forms, booking and CRM.
  • Trustindex to display Google reviews.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work without them.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who process it for us (hosting, email, CRM, analytics and advertising platforms listed above), with professional advisers where needed, and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information. Some providers store data in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under US law.

How long we keep it

Contact and CRM records are kept while we have a business relationship with you and for up to seven years afterward for accounting and legal purposes. Analytics and advertising data is kept for the retention period set in each platform, which is 14 months for Google Analytics. Job applications are kept for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To do any of these, email privacy@socialseedagency.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

Security

We protect personal information with access controls, encryption in transit, and by limiting who on our team can see it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
